The Coaching Process
Initial Complementary Session
You discuss what you want to accomplish. I explain the process and answers any questions you may have. You and I determine if we are compatible.

First Session
I interview you to assess the focus for your program, and you and I agree on goals. If appropriate, you choose a few colleagues or friends to support your efforts.

Following session
You discuss your progress and any new perceptions you may have had. I describe the focus and expected outcomes of your program for your approval.
All Sessions
Sessions are held every two weeks, by video or on the phone. Ongoing email support is and document reviews included.  Assignments are given at every session and are designed to fit into your life in a relevant way without creating an additional burden. 

The purpose of the assignments is to move you incrementally toward change by modifying perceptions and behaviors, and gathering information.

Organizational Consulting
You can include organizational consultation as part of your coaching program if desired, to improve the structure of your organization, and refine processes to enhance efficiency.
